The trial converts to a $19 per month subscription on day 15 unless you cancel. Cancel any time in those 14 days from within your account settings and you will not be charged beyond the initial $1. After conversion, our use-it-or-refund-it guarantee is in place: if you haven't used the tool since your last charge, we refund the full amount; if you used it partway through a cycle and then stopped, the refund is pro-rated based on the days since your last active use.
Claude and ChatGPT cannot reliably retain or organize your information between sessions. No Headcount adds that critical memory layer so your AI tool carries a working record of your practice no matter what you do next.
Most users leave No Headcount connected by default, which we recommend. Connect it once and it joins seamlessly with your workflow. And that's the whole point - one less thing (or many!) to try to remember.
On signup, you'll receive your personal signup token and a platform-specific walkthrough that takes less than five minutes. It works with Claude.ai via Connectors and ChatGPT Plus via custom MCP connector. Once connected, the tool will help you get started.
No Headcount stores what you work on: client engagements, decisions, session notes, and any content you allow it to witness or ingest. Passwords and API keys for other services are never stored in the No Headcount system. Export or delete your information at any time. All data is encrypted at rest, HTTPS only.
